Transit9 built the Transit9 app as a Commercial app. This Service is provided by Transit9 and is intended for use as is.

For user verification and identification when using our Service, we need to process your business email address.
For essential functionality while using our Service, we request to process your GPS location and request access to your camera and your photo gallery.
We use your GPS location to prompt you to identify the correct location when reporting an incident, event or fault.
We use access to your camera and/or photo gallery to allow you to upload images from your device when logging an incident, event or fault.

All personal data collected by our Service is related to the provision of the service defined by the commercial contract with the customer and therefore will be retained for the duration of that contract.
On ending of that contractual engagement, the data might be transferred to the contract counterparty, i.e., the customer.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
